A document in PDF form, built on the figures you supply, delivered by email. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
It is not legal, tax or technical advice, and it does not replace a notary, a lawyer, a surveyor or an accountant. It is the file you take to them. Every figure in it carries the rule it comes from and the date that rule was checked; rules change, and a figure is only as current as its date.
Prices are shown in euro, and VAT is added at checkout at the rate of the country you are buying from. Payment is handled by Stripe: a Stripe company acts as merchant of record — it is the seller shown on the payment page, it collects the payment and the VAT, and its own customer terms apply alongside these. The document, what it contains and what we promise here remain ours.
The document is sent to the email address you give, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, write to us: we will resend it, and if we cannot deliver it at all we return your money in full.
On anything bought online you would normally have fourteen days to change your mind. Because this document is delivered immediately, that right ends the moment we send it to you — but only because you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged the consequence, in the two boxes before payment, and the email that carries the document confirms both in writing. If you did not tick them, you keep the fourteen days.
We are answerable for a document that does not match what we described. If a figure in it is wrong because we made a mistake, tell us: we correct it and reissue the file, and if the mistake makes the document useless we refund it. This applies for two years, and nothing in these terms takes it away.
Decisions you take. We tell you what the rules say and what your figures produce under them; whether to buy, at what price, and on what terms is yours. We are also not answerable for what a notary, an agent or an authority does with the document.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the country where you live, and any dispute can be brought before the court where you are resident — not one we choose. Before that, write to us: most things are settled in an email.
