Who is responsible

The data controller is the sole trader operating this site, Italian VAT number 13003440016. Registered address: Corso Carlo e Nello Rosselli 175, 10141 Turin, Italy. Contact email: info@tabularium.immo.

What we collect

Three things, and nothing else. Your email address, if you give it to us. The figures you type into the calculators — price, cadastral income, region, mortgage, and the rest of your case. And the ordinary technical records our hosting keeps: IP address, browser, pages requested.

We do not collect your name, your address, your identity documents, or anything about your health, beliefs or origins. We do not ask you to create an account. We have no advertising trackers and no analytics that follow you across other sites.

Where your figures live while you use the site

The figures you type for a calculation stay in your own browser, in what is called session storage: they are not sent to us, they are not in a cookie, and they disappear when you close the tab. We chose it that way on purpose — the budget for someone’s home should not travel to a server on every page you open. Two things stay longer, only because you asked for them: the homes you save and your basket, kept in your browser until you remove them. And if you copy or send the link to a calculation, the figures travel inside that link, so whoever opens it sends them to our hosting provider, like any web address.

They reach us only at one moment: if you buy a document. At that point the figures are copied into your order, because the document has to be rebuildable identically a year later.

Why we are allowed to hold it

For an order, because we cannot deliver the document without it — that is performance of a contract. For emails about the site, only if you asked for them, and you can stop them from any message. For the technical records, because a site that cannot see its own errors cannot be kept safe.

How long we keep it

Orders and their invoices: ten years, because Italian law requires accounting records to be kept that long. Email addresses collected for the mailing list: until you unsubscribe, and in any case not more than twenty-four months without a sign of life. Technical records: the retention of our hosting provider, a matter of weeks.

Who else touches it

Six suppliers, and only for what they do. Supabase holds the database, in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Vercel serves the site. Resend sends the email that carries your document. Stripe takes the payment — we never see your card, and the card number does not touch our servers. ImprovMX forwards the messages you send to our address, and Google’s Gmail is where we read them.

Several of these suppliers are based outside the European Union, most of them in the United States. Transfers to the United States rest on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and on standard contractual clauses.

What you can ask us

To see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to have it handed over in a readable file, and to object to a use you did not ask for. Write to the contact address above and a person answers. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

We set no profiling cookies and no advertising cookies. What stays in your browser is what you chose there: the language, the text size, the figures you typed, the homes you saved and your basket — and none of it is used to recognise you anywhere else. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to accept.
