For people saving up
How far away is that house, in months Seven questions. You get the three numbers that decide it: what you need in the bank before you can even make an offer, whether a bank would lend you the rest today, and the month you get there.
The house you have in mind The price of the one you are looking at, or the kind of price you are aiming at. € The cadastral income of that house It is on the listing, or on the visura. Without it the taxes cannot be worked out, and the whole point of this page is that they are in the total. What you take home each month Net, after tax. If there are two of you buying together, put the two together. € What you have put aside so far Everything you could actually put on the table. Zero is an answer. € What you manage to put aside each month This is the number that turns the answer into a date. Leave it empty and you get everything except the date. € Instalments you are already paying Loans, car finance, salary-backed credit. The bank takes these off first. € The rate, as a percentage The one your bank or broker quoted you. We do not put a rate of our own here: they move every week.
